I conceded
the building would probably be used as a repair shop, and
storage for material not necessarily a part of the mine
operation.
At the time I could not see what reason Mr. Stevens was using
not to continue the construction, as the foundation was already
poured, and the additional work entailed bolting the quonset
building together which could be done in a matter of days.
I would like to know what "Rule" Mr. Stevens was citing to deny
the completion, and whatever it is, to ask for a variance.
Failing to acquire a variance I request a hearing to present my
side of the situation. I feel I am being discriminated against
for no apparent reason.
The building is presently in open storage subject to increasing
weather conditions as winter approaches. and I am paying rent on
two storage facilities since moving mining and other equipment
from a storage in Idaho. I have mining interests other than
coal.
You prompt attention to this problem will be appreciated.
Sincerely,
..! ~
William T Davis
