Shilling: <br />I enjoyed talking with you over the telephone on Friday morning, <br />June 11, 1982. This letter will confirm our brief discussion <br />regarding the timetable fur the permit revision approval of the <br />Bear No. 3 near Somerset, Colorado. <br />In our conversation, ] was assured that the Denver OSI1 office is <br />still proceeding 'on schedule I•rlth finalizing the decision document <br />recommending approval of the permit. This document will be sent to <br />the 4lashington OS14 office on Monday, June 14, 1982, or Tuesday, <br />June 15, 1982. From our conversation, the Bear Coal Company should <br />still receive approval of their mining and reclamation plan for the <br />Bear PJo. 3 from OSt4 by no later than 1londay, June 21, 1982. <br />Thank you for your attention to the approval of the Bear tJo. 3 <br />technical revision. I realize t'nat Floyd Johnson and you have <br />vJOr-ked very diligently to assist the Bear Coal Company with their <br />permitting requirements.
