Prior to the constructial of the overburden in the Phase I~

submit an application for technical revision of the application.
The technical revision will provide information concerning the
location, confiyurat.irnt, method oL placement and scd.i.ment con-
trol system for. L-he proposed overhurc7en stockpile. Placement
will not begin unlLil wriCtcn aphrovn]. of the tcchni.cal revision
by the Division.
Stipulation:
24. Wyoming ['uel Company will provi.dc designs for improved inlet
configurations and/or inlet structures to all of the road
culverts, which t~i..ll reduce the tendency Eor the cu],vert mouths

permit issuance.
