and Milling Company. A company-inoorporated under the laws
of Colorado with a aspitalizatian of 1,000,000 shares with e
par value of 51.00 each.
The principle offioe of the company•ie at b08 Mining
Exchange Bldg., Colorado Springs, Colorado., and the officers

HISTORY.
The property was first boated and opened about-the year
1573 and hoe been mare or less active sines that dato. It
is estimated that the property hoe produced at least five
million dollars.
The ground oboes the South Side Level has been etoped to a
great extent, but by driving a tunnel four thousand feet in
length the property asn be opened at a depth of six hundred
feet deeper and this pro~eot ie now in oontemplation.
At the presont time the mine ie being worked entirely by
lessons, who are doing well in the ground above the South
31de Level.
TOPOGRAPHY.
Tho property is eituated on a very eteop mountain at an
elevation of about 13000 feet.. A good wagon road oonnecte the
property with Alma and tho 0. & S. Railroad, ,while the wagon
