<br />Sxoxzox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any motalliferous mine or mill and •~°~~'"
<br />employing Sve or more men, shall report the same tc the Buzesu of Mines and state when work is com- ~ ~
<br />meaced egd when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oP each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge o4 said work, together with the
<br />poetoSree address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number o4 men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />more, timbermen, ore aseortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The neceesary blanks to carry out the provieiona of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Yaile to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall bo deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars (825.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), P.or
<br />each and every proviaioa not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
