<br />SECrsoN 20. Twenty-eewnd: That any person or persona operating any metellitoroue mind or mill and '~
<br />employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Buroau o[ Mines and state when work is com- "
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or baYoro December 1, of each year,
<br />together. with the names. 04 the owners and managers or lessee in chargo of said work, together with the ~ '
<br />postoffice address, the name oC the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together With the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claseifiod into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aseortere, mill man, toametors, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be 4urniehed upon application by tho Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any parson, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliYeroue mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Carle to comply with the provisions herein set 4orth, shall be doomed guilty o4 a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise providod, shall ba liable to the ponalty prescribed in eection 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine o[ not less than twenty-five dollars (S2a.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
