<br />employing flvo or more men, shall sport the same to the Bureau o4 Mines and state when work is co~-
<br />7 meneed and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />~gpjG~y~ ~`~ together with the names of the owoere and managers or ]eases in charge of said work, together with the
<br />f!//7 ~ postoffise address, the name oP the claim or claims to be o~rerated, the name oP the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ors aesortexe, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oP
<br />- this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commssioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metallifexoue mine or mill in -
<br />thia state, who Yaile to comply with the proviatone herein set Porth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, end, when not otherwise provided, shat] be liable to the penalty presenbed in section 13 of this
<br />net, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (525.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision oat complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
