<br />SxccrxoN 20. Twe¢ty~second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill and ~~ ! .
<br />employi¢g Hve or more man, shell report the same to the Bureau of Minee and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines worki¢g co¢tinuouely shall report on or hefore December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee in charge of void work, together with the
<br />poetolHce addreae, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill mon, teamsters, etc. Tho necessary blanks to carry ovt the provisions of
<br />this section shall be Yur¢iehed upon application by the Commieeiooer oP Minee.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a motalliYeroue mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Yails to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth, shall be deemed gssilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribod in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fide oP not lees than twenty-Hve dollars (S2a.00), ¢or more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), Yor
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
