<br />BEOTION ?A. Twenty-second. That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill aad''.
<br />employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oY Mi¢ee and state when work is cum- _ ,
<br />menced a¢d when stopped, and minor workivg continuously shall report on or beYore December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffioa address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same beiag classified into miners, tram•
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aesortere, mill mea, teamsters, etc. The necessary blacks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall ba Yurnished upo¢ application by the Commissioner of Mines. -
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill i¢
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the proviaioae herein set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />agaxnat Lhie act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the ppenalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />set, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars (625.00), nor more thaa three hundred dollars ($300.00), Yor
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. -
