<br />BEOrrox 20. Tweatyeeoond.-That any porson or persons operating any metal3iYeroue mine or mill and ~
<br />employing five or more moo, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names o4 the owners and managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with the
<br />poetoffice address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being cleesifled into miners, tram•
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teametexs, ate. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oP
<br />this section shall be Purniehed upon application by the Commissioner o4 Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessen operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />agmnat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed is section 13 04 this
<br />net, or to a flee of not lees than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundrod dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
