<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being blasaified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermen, ore aseortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Aay person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliYeroue mine or mill is
<br />this state, who Yaile to comply with the provisions herein set. Yorth, shall ba deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />agatnat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed to section 13 0[ this
<br />act, or to a fine oY not lees than twenty-five dollars (535.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (300.00), Yor
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY tho court.
