<br />13eoxroN 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persove operating any metalliferous mine or mill and -
<br />employing fivo or more men, shell report the same to the Bureau oY Mines and state whenwork is com- ` ' ._
<br />menced sod when stopped, and mines workingg continuously shall report on or beYore December 1, oY each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners ¢nd managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with the
<br />goetoffice address, tho name oP the claim or claims to be operated. the name oP the county and mining district, ,
<br />together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mera, timbormen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry osst the provieione o[
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by tho Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, otvnor, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliYeroua mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Eaila to comply with the provieione herein sot Porth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />agamat this act, and, whon not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed m section 13 oP this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (6.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision ¢ot complied with, or both, at the discretion nt the court.
