<br />gaoxtox 20.- That any owner, person or persons operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more. men shall report to the Bureau of Mines end elate when work ie commenced '
<br />and when stopped, and mines working wntinnously shall report on or before Novemberl of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the posto~ce
<br />address, the name of the claim or claims to be oporated; the name of tho county and mining district, together
<br />wlth the number of men omployed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram>ners, tim-
<br />barman, ore aseortere, millmea tsamstors, etc. Tho necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be ftu~nished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines. .
<br />$ECPION 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, wheyhar individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails m comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwiee provided, shall
<br />eachaprovisionnnot complied with, rand ea by dayoafter oonv~ction ofmfa lure to comply with any pr via u8n hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
