<br />andwhen etopped,and mines working uontinnonely shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together ,
<br />witL the names'of. the owners and managers or leases in charge of said work, together with the poatoffice
<br />address; she aame~of the chiim or claims lobe operated• the name of the coanty and. mining distr[ct, together
<br />with the anmber of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeei8ed into miners, tramspera, tim-
<br />bermea, ore seeortere,milhnen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks m carry out the provisions of this section
<br />~ ~ ~ehall be Parnrshed upon application by the Commissioner o[ Mines.
<br />8rexrox 28. Any owner,agent, manager or les~ee,whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />GOLD a metalliferous mine,-mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth,br either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not atherwlee provided, ahnll
<br />~,0~ be liable to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($26.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) for
<br />each provision not eomplied with, and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof, '
