<br />employing. five or more men, shall report the same to .the Bureau of Minas and state when work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year, ,-. ~_
<br />together with ahenamee. of the owners: and managers or lessee incharge of said. work; together. with the '
<br />poetoffice address,. the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the countgand mining district, ,
<br />together with the number otmen employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, .tram-
<br />mere; timbermen,: ore aeeortere,-mill-men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to-carry outthe provieione of
<br />this eection shall beturnishad. upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine. or mill in
<br />this. state, who fails to comply. with the provieione"herein set forth, shall be-.deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, avd, wheD not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in eection 13 of this
<br />act, .or to a fine nt not lase than twenty-flue dollars ($2b.00), vormore than three hundred dollaxal($30d.00); for
<br />each.sndevery provision not complied with, or both,at the discretion of the court.
