<br />$EOTIOa 20. Twenty-second.-That any pereoa or pereoae operating any motalliferous mine or mill and ~'~ rS
<br />employing live of more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oP Mines and state wheD work ie com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report ou or before December 1, of each year, ~ -
<br />together With the names oP the owners and man¢gera or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poatolbce addrees, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name oP rho county and mining district, -,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, rho same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore aesortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. Tho aecossary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this section shall be Yurnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh -Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, Who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be dESOmed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine of not lean than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.0(1), for.
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at rho discretion oY the court.
