<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mice or mil]
<br />m this state, who fails to comply with the provisio¢s herein set forth, shall be deemed g¢illy o£ n misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in ~~~
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($75.00), nor more than three hnndred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
