<br />SECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine o m
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced sad when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the games of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~ter.with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county sad mlaing
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, tmmmers, timbennen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed guilty o4 a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to n fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($ma.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
