<br />SECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person of persons operating any metalliferous mine or ill
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Dfiaes and state when work is co
<br />meaced and when stopped, and mines worlnng coatinnonaly shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee sn charge of said work, together.with
<br />the poatoffioe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mlaing
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trnmmers, timbermen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blacks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of 3liaes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mind or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to complyy with tho provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty of n.misde-
<br />meanor against~thie act and ~hen,,aannt otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescnbed in
<br />see~ioh'•13~ofahLS`aot; orrtd e~~nb of ~not{less ttian~twenty-five dollars ($35.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($30D.00), for each and every provision noL complied wst(h, or both, at the discretion of the court.
