<br />SECTION 7q. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons oparntinq any metalliferous mine mill
<br />and employing floe or more men, shall report the same to tho Bureau oY Mines and stato whore work is m-
<br />meneed and when stopped, and mines working eontianonsly shall report on or before December 1 of sac
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee xa chnrge of said work, toget~xer with
<br />the Qostoffice address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the nnmo of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the nnmbor oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clnsslfied into
<br />miners, trammers, timbennen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, eta. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessen operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall bo deemed gguuilty of a,misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be Tiable to the peanlty pptescnbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($2"x.00), nor more than threo hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
