<br />SECTION ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine o mill
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau o4 Dfiaes and stato when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1 oP each
<br />year, together with the names oY the owners sad managers or lessee In charge of said work, toget~ler with
<br />the Qostoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elnsslfied into
<br />miners, tlammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of 3imes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />aectioa 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($.0".00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
