<br />tiECTioa 20. Twentiy-second.-That any person or persons opernting any metalliferous mine or i ~ '
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Dfines and state when work is cum- '~
<br />meneed and when stopped, and mines working continaonsly shall report oa or before December 1, of each ~ it:
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with 4i
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be opernted, the name of the county and mining !
<br />district, together with the number of men employed, direct]y or indirectly, the same being classified into ' '~
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen ore assorters, mil! men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out !',
<br />the provisions of this section s~iall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP ;Sfines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee opernting a metallifemns mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed ggnm~lty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 oP this nut, or W a fine of not leas than twenty-five dollars ($"5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($3(10.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
