<br />SECTION ?tl. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any meWliferoas mine or ill
<br />and employing 8ve or more men, shaD report the same to the Bureau of ,lfines and state when work is c
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffiae address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of flip county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions oY this section shall be furnished upon application by the commissioner of bfinee.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metnlliferons mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed ga~lty of n.misde-
<br />meaaor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars 05.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each sad every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
