<br />~D ~~ and emHlo Ox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />ying flue or more men, shall report the some to the Bnrean of brines and state when work is com-
<br />a~encedpand when stopped, and minea~worl;ing continuoasly shall report on or before Decomber 1 of each
<br />""w year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~er with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims m be opernted, the name of the county and mining
<br />distant, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, tmmmers, timbermen, ore aseortera, mill men, teamsters, eto. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferoas mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty of n.misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($35.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.001, for each and every provisio¢ not complied with, or both, nt the discretion of the court.
