<br />BEOTION ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or parsons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrenu of .Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced sad when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~ter with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />di~tnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the samo being clnssifled into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of itifines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less Ehan twenty-five dollars ($a.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
