<br />Secxtov 30. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons opemting any metalliferous mine o miQ
<br />sad em loyiag five or more men, shall report the samo to the Bureau of Mines and stata when work is
<br />meneedpand when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, Together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />district, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP hfines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed is
