<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore sesorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to onrry out
<br />the pmvisioas of this section shall be furnished apon application by the Commissioner of Sfiaes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comp)y with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gn~lty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section 13 oP this act, or to n fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($.';i,00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the disoretioa of Eho court.
