<br />l3snrrox 20. That any owner, person or persona operating any metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical
<br />plant and employing two or more men shall reportto the Burean of Mines and eta when work is commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mfnee working wntinuously shall report on or befojjjjjje Novem~er 1 of each year, together ~'
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or leseee in charge of said work, togetber with the postoffice
<br />address; the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated• the name of th$$ county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directlybr indirectly, the same being claesifled into miners, trammere, tim- -
<br />bermon, ore a96ortere, millmen tenmetere, etc. The necessary blanks to' carry ont the provisions of this section -
<br />ehall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />BRCrrox 28. Any owner, agent, manager or leseee; whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />e metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails to comply wtth the provietone herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of n misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall •
<br />be liable to a 8ne oY not lees than twenty-flue dollars ($`25.00) nor more Lhan three hundred dollars (S$00.00 for
<br />each pprovision not complied with, and ench day after conviction of failure to comply with auy provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a eeparnte offense and puutshed necordmgly. ~ ~
