<br />3scrroN 20. That any owner, person or persons operating any momlliferoaa mine, mlll at metallurgical
<br />plant end employing two or more men shalt report to the Hurean of MSaes end state when wokk is commenced
<br />and when stopped, and mines working cont[nuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together
<br />with the names of the owuera and managers or lessee [n charge of Bald work, together with the postoffice
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, trammers, tim•
<br />bermes, ore aseorters, millmen teamsters, etc, The necessary blanks m carry out the provisions o[ this section
<br />ehaH be futniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines. ,
<br />8arrrox 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnetghip or corporation, operating
<br />a metailf[erous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this state, who fails m comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or auy thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall
<br />be Ifable to a fine of not leas than twenty-five dollars (¢26.(q) nor more than three hundred dollars t83oD.o11) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failare m comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall be deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
