<br />and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1. of each year, together
<br />w7th the names of the owners and maaagere or leseee Sn charge of ea}d work, to Cher with the poaml9ce
<br />address; the name of the c1aSm or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining distrtcy together
<br />with the anmber of men employed, directly or Indirectly, the same being ciasefded into miners, trammers, tim-~
<br />barmen, ore assorters, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provietoas of this eect[on
