<br />BECZxoN. 20. That -any owners person or persona operating any metalliferoae mine, mill or metallurgical - "' '
<br />plant and ethpioying twoor more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is commenced
<br />and when. etopped,and mines working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of eechyeaq together
<br />with the namespf the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the poatoffice
<br />address; the name cf the claim or clajma totie operated; the name bf the county and mining district, together
<br />.with tike number of mea. employed, directly or indirectly the same being classified into miners, trammer8, tim-
<br />barmen, ore aseortera, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be €urnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mince. - }
<br />6seTxox 28. Any owner, agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or corporation, operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in tibia elate, whofails to comply with the provisions herein set
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall ba deemed guilty ofa misdemeanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall ~ '
<br />be liable to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars ($26.00) normore than three hu¢dred dollars ($300.00) for
<br />each provision not egmplied with; and each day after conviction of failure to comply with any provision hereof,
<br />shall ba deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
