<br />Saemlox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating anp metalliferona mine o ill
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of 3fines and state when work is co
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working coatinnonaly shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the poatoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />dietnct, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classtfled into
<br />miners, hammers, timbermea, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out -
<br />the provisions of this section shall be fnraiahed upon application by the Commissioner of Dlines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, mangier or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who faits to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shaD be jiable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($a.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision eat complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
