<br />SECTION 20: Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of llliaes and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the games o4 the owners and managers or lessee m charge of said work, together with _ _
<br />the postoffiae address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnct, together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, hammers, timbermen, ore sesorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Dlines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-9ny person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the pmvisloas herein set forth shall ba deemed qty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise pl+ovided, shall be liable to the peas-[ty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-Hve dollars (aS.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
