<br />meaced and when stopped, and mines working continaonely shall report on or before December 1 oP each
<br />- year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee m charge of said work: togeE~ler with. " . _ _
<br />the postoffioe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining, -
<br />- distnet, together with the namber of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammard, timbermen ore aseottera, mill men, teamsters, eta. The necessary blanks to carry out .
<br />the provisions of this section s~lall be furnished upon appGoatioa by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferoas mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gm]tp of a misde- -
<br />meanor against this act, and. when sot otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or W a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($?5.00), nor more than three hundred...
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every pmvisioa not complied with, or both, aE the discretion of the court.
