<br />meacedpand when stopped, and mines working continaoaely shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names'oY the owners and~managera or lessee is charge of said work, together with
<br />the poatoffiae address, Ehe name of the claim or alaime to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distant, together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classtfled into
<br />miners, tntmmeta, timbermen ore asaorters, mill men, teamsters, eta. The neeessarp blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section e5mll be fnnrished upon application by the Commissioner of Mmes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliYemna mine or mill
<br />in this state, who Yails to comply with the proviarons herein set forth shall be deemed gm]ty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this aot, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be jinble to the penalty preaenbed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars ($."5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), Yor each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the eonrt.
