<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee opemtiag a metalliferoas mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to complyy with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gm~Ey oY a misde-
<br />meanor against this set, and, whe¢ not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this set, or to a fine oY sot less than twenty-five dollars ($'ri.00), nor more than three hnadrod
<br />dollars ($300.110), for each and every provision sot complied with, or both, aE the discretion of the court.
