<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continnoaely shall report on or before December 1 oY each
<br />year, together with the names oP the owners sad managers or lessee in ebnrge of said work, together with . " - _

<br />-. diatnet, together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth ehalL be deemed eailtp of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, sad, when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not leas than twenty-flue dollars ($`~.0p), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
