<br />88CTidx20.Twenty-second.-That any person or ppeersons operating any metalliferous mine or
<br />acd em ]oying flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of 3[ines and stole when work is com-
<br />meaeedpand when stopped, and mines working eontinaonaly shaD report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or ]eases In charge of said work, toget~ler with
<br />the postoffiae address, the acme of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indiroctlp, the same being elasaifled into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section s~ha11 be faraished upon application by the Commissioner of lliinee.
<br />Twenty-seventh.--Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a Sue of not less than tweatp-Svc dollars 05.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
