<br />Sacxrox 211. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating nay metalliPoroas mine or m
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Dfines and state when work is com
<br />menee and when stopped, and mines worl-rng coatianoasly shaD report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~rer with
<br />the {~ostoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the coaaty and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />misers, trammers, timbermea, ore assorters, mill aen, teamsters, eto. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by fhe Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessen operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set Porth, shall be deemed ~ty oP a misde-
<br />meanor agniast this act, sad, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the pens ty proscribed in
<br />section 13 of this set, or to s fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($70.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
