<br />SEOTIO:7 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing flue or more man, shall report the same to the Bnreaa of Dimes and state when work is com--
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continnonsly shaD report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge oY said work, together with . ,
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />diatnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, tho same being clasatfied into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen ore aasorters, mill men, teamsters, eW. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of tide section s'fmll be fatnished upon application by the Commissioner of Dunes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill I ~~.
<br />is this state, who fails to comp)y with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty proscribed in ~
<br />section 73 of this act, or to a fine of sot less than twenty-flue dollars ($35.00), nor more than three handrod -
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the eonrt. y
