<br />SECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any pemon or pemons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />and employing 8ve or more men, shall mport the same to the Bnrean of ]Sfiaea and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continaoasly shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managem or lessee m charge of said work, toge6het with ..
<br />the postoffice addmss, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, diroctly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miaera, trammem, timbermea ore aseortem, mill men, teamatem, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of ilfines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions heroin set forth shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section ]3 of this act, or to a 8ne of not less than twenty-five dollam ($'a.q0), nor more than three hnadrod .
<br />dollars ($300.OD), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discmtion of the court.
