<br />year, together with the names ofthe owners and masagera or lessee ra nharge of said work, toget~Ler with - .
<br />the postoffioe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />diatnct, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elassifled into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore asaorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to tang out -
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of hlinea.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed enilty of a miade-
<br />mesaor agamat this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the peas-Ity prescribed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($'0.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
