<br />' SEOTIUN ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person oc persons operating any metalliYerona mine or mil! .
<br />and employing five or more man, shall report the same to the Barean of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working coatinnously shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the ownezs sad managers or lessee in charge of said work, togetiher with ... _
<br />the Rostoffioe address, the name of the claim or olaims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />diatnet, together with Lhe number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same be~iag classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be fnnuahed upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or•mill
<br />is this state, who Yails to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth shall be deemed ¢ailty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty pprescribed in
<br />section 13 oY flue act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($'35.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />'dollars ($300.OO), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.'
