<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working contiaaonsly shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with ... _
<br />the Rostoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining '
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammere, timbermea ore assortars, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished neon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. 9ny person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metnlliferons mine or mill
<br />is this state, who falls to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed eailty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this sot, or to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars 05.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
