<br />SECTION 20.. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or
<br />and em ]oying five or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrenn of 3finea and state when work is com-
<br />meacedpand when stopped, and mines worlang contin¢ously shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~ter with '
<br />the poatoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being clnssifled into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen ore assorters, mill men, teamatera, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions oY this section shall be furnished neon application by the Commissioner of 3fines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gm~ty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 oY this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($35.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300,00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
