<br />SECTION 211. Twenty-second.-That any person or parsons operadag any metallifemns mine o ill
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is c
<br />meaced and when stopped, and mines working coatinnously shall report on or before December 1• of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with . _
<br />the RosWfliae address, the name of the claim or claims m be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammera, timbermea, ore assortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metallifemns mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisioae herein set forth, shall be deemed ~¢,lty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars 05.00), nor mare than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), 4or each and every provision not comphed with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
