<br />S&CTtON7A. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or 'll
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of 1Vimoa and state whoa work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working coatinaoasly shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owaors and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffioe address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />diatnct, together with the nnmber of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same bein classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, eta. The necessary bla>~ to carry oat
<br />the provisions of tlus section shall be furnished apes application by the Commissioner oP Miaea.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed guilty of n misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty prescnbed in
<br />section 13 of this sot, of to a ~ne of not leas than twenty-flue dollars (Sti"5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
