<br />9aexrox 20. That any owner, person or poraone operating any metaiiferous mine, mill or metalturgicah
<br />plantand employing two or more men shall report to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie commenced
<br />andwhen stopped, and miaea working continuously shall report on or before November 1 of each year, together • ,
<br />with the names of the owners and managers or lesaeo in charge of said work, together with the poemffice .
<br />address; the name of the claim or claims to be operated; the name of the county and mining district, together
<br />with the number of men employed, directly or iadiroctly, the same being clasaifted into miners, trammers, tim-
<br />bermen, ore aeaortera, millmen teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of this section
<br />shall be farniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines..
<br />8ncrxou 26. Any owneq agent, manager or lessee, whether individual, partnership or oorporation,.operating
<br />a metalliferous mine, mill or metallurgical plant in this orate, who fails to comply with the provisions herein net
<br />forth, or either or any thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a miademoanor, and when not otherwise provided, shall -
<br />be liable to a &ne of not less than twenty-flue dollars ($26.OD) nor more Lhan Lhree hundred dollars (^aBOD.00) for
<br />each provision not complied with, and each day after conviction of failure to Comply with any pro~~sion hereof,
<br />.xk~iill~@ deemed a separate offense and punished accordingly.
