<br />'~ ~~ Sacnox 20:' Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any metalliferouemino or mill and
<br />employing 8vo or -more"men, shell report the samotot a Bureau of Mines and state when work is com- -
<br />menced and when stopped, and mince working continuously shalt report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />_ together with the names o4 the owners and managers or ]asses in charge oY said work, together with the
<br />posto~ce address, the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oP me¢ employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-'
<br />- mars, timbermen, ore aseorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blacks to carry out the provisions of
<br />ttiie eectio¢ shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leeeee operating a metalliferous mind or mill in
<br />-~ this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herei¢ set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a miedemea¢or "
<br />egainat this act, and, when not othorwieo provided,-shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this ,
<br />{, act, or to a fine oP not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (3300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
