<br />SECTION 20. ~ Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating nay metalliferous mine or mill
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report Lhe same to the Bnrean of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />meaced and when stopped, and mines working continnonaly shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together wlth the names oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the poatoffiee address, the name of the claim or claims m be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />dietnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly. the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions oP this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessen operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein net forth shall be deemed ~¢~lty of s misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, stroll be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section :.: of this act, or to a flue oP not less tlmn twenty-five dollars ($5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), Por each and every provision not comphed with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
